Dumbbell Exercises: 4 Minute Upper Body Workout

I ran across this video today and I wanted to share it since it’s a great example of a compact workout using dumbbells. This is a great approach to take if you don’t want to spend a lot of time working out and don’t have much space at home.


A few things to note about this video:

  • Notice how he transitions from each exercise to the next without stopping
  • He is not overdoing it with the weight amounts being used
  • Notice the good form, especially on the back exercises

This is the type of workout that can be done pretty easily at home, and this is the type of workout that I like to do, since it’s short and sweet yet it also hits many different muscle groups.
