This is a fairly short workout video that you can follow along with in your own home. On the surface, this video isn’t terribly exciting, but it shows you a full workout using only dumbbells and body weight. This is a great routine to use at home if you have dumbbells available and not much else.
The pace of this workout is excellent for beginners. If you want to get into a good workout groove but don’t know where to start, this video can give you a lot of good ideas to implement into a well rounded workout.
If you are completely new to working out with dumbbells and body weight, I would suggest watching this video in it’s entirety and also trying to follow along with the workout, using light weights.
What I like to do during full body workouts like this is to keep the pace up without taking any breaks if possible. You will ramp up your heart rate and keep it high during the entire workout just by continuing to move.
